Is there a "RIGHT" program?
Okay so I have a question. I totally get caught up on the "right program" does it really matter which program, clean or zone or whatever as long as they are healthy. I searched my library for both books & I couldn't find either. The closest thing I found was a book by the guy trainer for biggest loser. I don't even kn...ow his name, Bob I think. So will following his plan work as well as the other ones or do I keep searching until I find them. I get so hung up on having the "right" plan instead of just taking a plan & doing it. So girls with all knowledge. Does it matter which or will the one I Have work just as well or yours??
Tiff, first of all, look at that weigh in! That's awesome girl! To answer your question, choose a diet plan that works best for you, but be careful that you don't choose a fad diet. Personally, I'm a huge fan of the biggest loser diets because it's a lifestyle change. One more thing, what you might think is healthy food, might not be. For example, I always thought wheat thins were pretty healthy, then I found out how much sugar there is in them. I'm just sayin' read the ingredients on the food you buy. You're doing awesome. Can't wait to hear what plan you did choose and what's working for you!
