An update:

So I weighed in today. I am down 1 lb since last time I weighed in. So that is good. I am reading South Beach Diet & talking to a couple of my old friends from high school to see how they have lose the weight. I am trying to get a system to work for me. We are leaving for a 10 day vacation, so I am going to try to pack my running shoes & not be too embarassed to actually workout with family while I am gone. I have been eating less at meals and hope I can keep it up when I am surronded by family & stressful situations. But my total weigh loss it 5.8 lbs & coming. So only 46.2 more to go. Maybe I will get one of those weigh loss tickers you see on some blogs. Who knows besides from the sounds of my screaming children, I better get to work.
