I am back from my trip, and I had a wonderful time. We loved it all. I did not workout, or watch what I ate. So I am back up to 182. Now back to hard work if I am going to do this before the end of the year. I am on day three of trying to go without sugar, & I just finished day two of Jillians michaels 30 day shred. Short update, but at least it is an update.
