So what a last week it has been. I ended up going mid week in for D&C, due to a miscarriage I couldn't pass. So that was physically & emotionally hard. We wanted another baby, but it looks like there is another plan in store for our little family. So I had people dropping off food & goodies to help, and I ate it all. . . . well all the sugar loaded unhealthy stuff.

I feeling better, got on the scales this morning & I am up 2.2 lbs. Not so great. So hard work & self discipline has to come into play here & soon. So I am setting a big goal for myself. I am going to lose 20 lbs by the second weekend in October. 10 weeks, 20 lbs. There is a little get together & I would like to be lighter. So to start my new goal off right, I worked out twice today. I got on my treadmill & walked/run for 30 minutes for a total of 2 miles. Not fantastic but better than the day before. Then this afternoon I pulled out my DVD & did Day #1 of the 30 day shred by jillian Michaels again. I have a good friend who is losing weight as well & that is one things she is doing is working out twice a day. (oh yeah I also ate 8 oreos, not so good, but at least I know how many I ate). So here to another day & hopefully getting it right this time around.
