So yesterday I pulled doubles . I ran in the morning & did the infamous 30 day shred that night. It wasn't too bad, my only problem with working out at night is then I am still awake at 10 instead of tired & ready for bed. I did eat a few (3) oreos. I don't do well when they are sitting at my feet. . . but then I did good for hte rest of the day & made myself sugar -free, fat-free chocalate pudding & ate that for a treat at the end of the night. I watched Jillian Michaels losing it on Hulu . . . it was a nice break & it kind of encourages me. I see people with similar issues & it has me thinking what is my real problem & how do I get it gone.
I worked out Mon twice, Tuesday I just ran, Friday I twice & I have already ran this morning. Now off to make omlettes for breakfast & to tackle me day.
I heard a quote: "Poor people have poor habits" it has been in my mind . . . there is a lot of truth to it. Well kids are calling . . . later .
