So of my last week, I only made it three days total without sugar. Yep, three only. Not very good, but three more days than the previous week. So here we are at it again, my goals is to beat my three days without sugar. As for my workouts. I did two. Yep only two. Not very great for a woman who needs to lose 2 lbs a week for the rest of the year. Life is good & stressful. Plans might be changing, I am missing a lot of things I used to have, but we don't know what the plans are so we don't know what plans to make. As for eating this week, my cupboards are bare as well as my wallet so the menu will be whatever I can dig through the freezer & cupboards to find & make. But I will try to be better about drinking more water & increasing the number of days I go without sugar & increase my workouts. So farewell for now.
