So from Friday on I wasn't feeling very good, so my workouts went by the wayside. Today I am feeling much better (despite my overeating yesterday) so we went back at it again. I did Day #3 of the 30 day shred video. It went well. I also signed up for Spark people. I have heard of it & I think it is a little confusing to use, but i wanted to try something to help me come up with new menu ideas. It also tracks your calories & I was curious about how many I am eating, but didn't want to track points. I am trying something new. I am one of those people who have an tendency to saddle the horse about a million times but never get on. Either way . . . . I was looking for some fresh ideas with a price range I could afford. Spark people was it. With it being free it was hard to want to pay for something else. So we will see how it works for me. (The real answer being most tools work powerfully if you do). So my goal is to track my calorie consumption. If I lose 2 lbs a week I can be to about 160 by my birthday at the end of June. I haven't been at 160 for at least 5 years. So it is definately something to work for. Though this week my goals is just to lose 2 lbs.
Well house is a mess after the wonderful Easter weekend so now that i have give my boy my attention I better go give it to everything else as well.
