Today so far. . . .

Well yesterday I ended up doing a second workout. I just alternated between jogging for 2 minutes & walking for 2 mintues, for a total of 30 minutes. I was kind of worried that it would make my legs hurt more, but in fact it kind of loosened them & felt pretty good if you want to know the truth. It is hard to get on, but i never regret it. I did pretty good about eating but at 10 o'clock I was starving. We ate dinner at 4:30 yesterday & I didnt' have anything to eat, until 10 when I gave in & had a sliced of wheat bread with butter. I know not my smartest. I was in range for my calorie intake yesterday, but i don't know what that slice of bread did or not. I might have gone over.

Today so far . . . I got day #4 of the shred video in. I can tell I am starting to build muscles . . . I am still on level 1, but it is hard for me. I am working in it though. I just keep telling myself: the next time I visit I will have lost at least 15 lbs. hopefully closer to 20-25. But that means I have to work hard & be disciplined. SO . . .I will let you know how the rest of the day go, for now i am off to hit the shower & then eat breakfast.

Oh yeah . . . I haven't had sugar in 36 hours & my headaches are killing me. How do you stop that ?
