Wahoo . . . I am on day two. I know not a big deal but 2 days down mean I only have 28 more to go. I am already sore in most of my body, but for a slight change it did feel slightly good. I did not track very well yesterday. I am going today at least write down everything I eat. Not necessarily track how many points or calories they are, just what goes into my mouth. I am not feeling very good today so now that my workout is over I will probably take it pretty easy. How did you workout go today?
