Traveling & Such

What a few crazy weeks it has been. I went down in weight & now I am back up. For the last two weeks I have put over 3000 miles on my car. Which means a lot of sitting down, convenience stores & poor food choices. However we are back, and I am hitting it hard again. This week weigh-in isn't going to look to hot, but next week watch out. For my plan: I OFFICIALLY & FINALLY started my Jillian's Micheals 30 day shred. When I complete it I am making myself a cute spring skirt. I haven't had a workout plan so I have been doing whatever I please. (Which included not working out some days) The new plan is: 1. Back to blogging 2. Making a workout plan (30 day shred & 2 days of night workouts) and 3. eating every 2 to 3 hours, (some of which include protein shakes. ) So there you have it that is the plan. By April 25th I will be weighing in at 175. That is the goals. So I better get off the computer & back to work.

Todays CW: Day #1 of the 30 day shred. It felt good, surprisingly.
