Just finished breakfast & my workout for the day. I ran 62 minutes (well Jog/walk) on the treadmill this morning. It felt hard but it felt good at the same time. I think my second workout tonight will be The Shred or maybe my Yoga for weight loss video. We will see . . . . now to keep my points in track. I did good yesterday tracking my food. . . . I got hungry & muchy when we were watching a movie last night. That is when I went over a little. Off to hit the shower.
