This week has been better when it comes to my working out. Three days into the week & I have worked out every single day. In fact tonight I did an extra workout. So my CW was 31 minutes on a treadmill walking for 90 seconds & then jogging for 30. (I did this twice). My calves & feet are currently killing me . . . but I am really trying to reach my weight loss goal for this week. This morning I was down, but not quite where i need to be, and since I didn't watch my food intake perfectly this week, I need to get my workouts in.
I did a second one tonight, because I realized I could sit on my couch & watch a t.v or I could just even walk on my treadmill & watch the exact same TV show but at least this way I could get more calories burnt. So that is was I did, but once i hoped on I realized I could run some of the way too. So yeah me . . . I could workout week so far. I just have to keep it up for the next few days & then I will let you know how weigh in goes on Friday.
