Here . . . .

So I obviously haven't blogged for a few weeks, we ended up moving to a whole new state & the last few weeks have been a whirlwind. On the bright note, being so distracted by the move & shedding so many tears over it, not to mention the large amount of boxes to pack I was able to lose weight without even focusing on it. But who knows how this week will go. I am still trying to unpack boxes, but I am around food more again. So we will see how this week weigh-in will go. I haven't been tracking food . . . but in the town we now live in there isn't as much junk to eat. A package of oreos costs around 6 dollars versus, 3.00 in my old town. So I don't think I will be purchasing so many as I used to, which will definitely help. Today was the first day I worked out, in a long time. I always debate about which workout program to use. Is one better than another really???? I can' never decide, so I usually don't workout. Today I decided that anything was better than nothing. So my completed workout (C.W) was the Jillians Michaels 30 day shred, Level 1.

It is good to be back, now I better go dig out my stuff to track my food intake. See you at the scales on Friday morning, or hopefully sooner to track my Completed Workout.
