Weekend

My goal of using this to help write down my issues, instead of eating them obviously isn't working when I am not doing it. This weekend was crazy of sorts. We went out with friends to check out the local area but by Saturday night the storm was setting in and our weekend of being snowed in Saturday. So as my cabin fever set in so did my desire to bake. I am not sure why my desires to bake always set in. I mean which food can you bake, that is healthy. If you have any ideas please send them my way. So I baked cookies, but I only baked half of them & the rest I put in the freezer, thinking I was smart. Well by Sunday we are still snowed in & my 3 dozen cookies have been eaten by my hubby, I & my kids. So . . . Sunday I bake the other half of the pan. Yes there is still some left, but I have not been tracking my food intake, so I have no idea how many of the three dozen I actually ate & how many everyone else ate. I am sure that it was my kids that ate most of them, but I am afraid to think it was probably me. (Which is more likely to be the truth).

So I found my special notebook today . . . (the one I bought four weeks ago to daily journal my food into) but only managed to do it for 3 days before it got lost in the midst of my move. I found it this morning . . . I have been looking for days. I took m y measurement. Highly depressing & disgusting actually, but oh well. & Remember that question about workout videos it was decided by my brilliant husband . . . that Jillians Michaels 30-day shred video is probably meant to be used for 30 days in a row. So my CW was Day #1 (I am going to skip working out on Sunday just so you know) of the Jillian 30 -day shred video. CW all 20 minutes of level 1.
Better go for a minute a thing to do today & I need them mostly completed before my hubby gets home for lunch.
