30 day Shred -Do over

Okay so last week I did day one of the 30 day shred, & I woke up sore so I missed day 2, and that rolled into missing a whole week. So I have started again. As of this very minute today I have done day 1 of the 30 days shred, level one & I have I tracked everything I have eaten. So count one day down & as for my first month done. I have been doing this for four weeks & my total weight loss so far is only 3.2 lbs. So there you have it. I haven't been very diligent & focused. So here we are working on it again. I have also started writing down reasons on why I want to lose 52 lbs. Every day I post I will post a reason, some may be repeats some may not.
Note these are not in any particular order. Today reason: I want to wear a white fitted t-shirt with cute BNK or silver jeans & have my chest stick out farther than my stomach.
