New Motivation

So yesterday, I did track everything I ate. All day . .. I went over on what I was going to eat, I ended up just using WW points system yesterday .. . which now means i need to do the same thing for a whole week. So I can really be accountable. I e-mailed an friend yesterday after I found out what that she had lost 5 lbs in 2 weeks. She is eating healthy & working out HARD. But it was so good to chat with her, and now I know she is checking in it makes it a little more motivation for me. She too has her own blog so it will be good to check it. We are going to start weekly weigh-in together. So it will be nice. She gave me some good ideas too, one thing I struggle with is my immense sweet tooth. She just sucks on Jolly Ranchers to help curb that. Not to many calories & it takes a long time to eat. I am not a huge fan of Jolly Ranchers but maybe the butterscotch discs would have the same help. I am going to try . . . she also drinks V8, but since I strongly dislikes anything close to a tomato, I think I will have to try to find something else. I am way excited for us to help each other along the way.

Today's Reason: I want to keep up with by boys from sun up to sun down. Like this morning I set my alarm so I could get up at 6 and workout before my boys got up. What happens . . . all three boys, plus my handsome hubby are wide awake at 5:30 a.m. full of energy and I was dragging my feet. SO much for my good plan.

Today's goal: To track everything I eat again.
CW: Jillian 30 day shred, 27 minutes from warm-up to cool down, still level 1.
2 workout completed this week. 2 to go.
