So my 30 day shred video for some reason in no longer working. SO today CW was 20 minutes of Kickboxing Bootcamp. I haven't tracked since Monday anything. I didn't workout Tuesday or Wednesday SO here is to another new day . . . a making me a few things to go around my house today to help me remember. Todays reason on why to lose my 52 lbs: I want to feel confident again.
