Last Time . . . .

Okay this is the last time that this will happen . . . . so my 30 day shred challenge . . . workout once & then I didn't the rest of the week. I couldn't get my movie player to work so I took that as a reason on why I shouldn't workout. So back here again. .. my CW was the 30 days shred day one level one. Last time . . . I will workout two days in a row this week. If I complete the 30 days shred I get to buy myself the new biggest workout videos. I am contemplating posting my challenge 52 in 52 in facebook, but I don't know if I want to link this blog or not. Or even if I want everyone who doesn't know I am fat, to now know. However having everyone know I need to now lose that would be great motivation. It is my ten year reunion this year. . . I am not sure if I will be attending or not. . . probably not, but we will see. I was trying to think of what had me motiviated last year to run the 1/2 marathon or not. I can't remember . . . I think because I paid my money and I had already committed. I am thinking of running another one this summer, but my treadmill is buried under the snow & it isn't going to be accessible anytime soon. So I guess I will just have to focus on the 52 in 52. . . .This week goal is to workout 5 days this week. Day one down.

Today reason for losing weight . . . . I want to look in the mirror & be proud of what i see not ashamed. . . . I will let you know if I end up posting on facebook. For now . . . I need to hit the shower.
